Experience certificates are valid for 12 months from point of sale, must be reserved 7 days in advance and are subject to availability at our discretion.

Experience certificates are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.

Certificate must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the relevant property.

Experiences are provided with set components for set numbers of people and we are unable to amend or tailor-make ingredients. Information provided is correct at the time of going to print. However content is liable to change thereafter. Any changes to Experiences will be advised at time of booking.

Experience certificates will be despatched within 3 working days. UK Christmas Postal Deadline: 18th December.
